Air Fryer Ramadan Recipe — Spiced Chicken Kebabs

These flavorful kebabs are easy to make and packed with protein, making them an ideal Iftar dish.

Here’s what you’ll need to make this delicious recipe:

● 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into 1-inch pieces
● 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
● 2 tablespoons olive oil
● 2 cloves garlic, minced
● 1 tablespoon ground cumin
● 1 teaspoon ground coriander
● 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
● 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
● Salt and pepper, to taste
● Skewers

1. Whisk together the yogurt, olive oil, garlic, cumin, coriander, paprika, cinnamon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
2. Add the chicken to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
3. Preheat the air fryer to 400°F or 200°C
4. Thread the chicken onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
5. Place the skewers in the air fryer basket and cook for 10–12 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.

Serve the spiced chicken kebabs with hummus and fresh vegetables for a healthy balanced meal.
