You can return a product if it is not a part of the non-returnable list and if you have received:

  1. An incorrect product provided the product is unused, in it’s original un-opened packaging and includes all tags.
  2. A damaged / defective product. In the case of electronics, open products will be accepted if different from description or picture displayed.
  3. If you have changed your mind or placed a wrong order, we will only accept a return under certain conditions:

The items are in its original retail packaging and is not damaged or tampered in any condition in this case the item must be sealed and unopened. The seal of the item needs to be in an intact condition.

For Clothing and other fashion apparel products, the product needs to be in original packaging and have all the original tags.

For all other products, returns are accepted if product is in unbroken original packaging, including all accessories.

There is no minimum order requirement for delivery service. A delivery fee will be applicable based on confirmed order value and shipping address.

Ordering & Shipping

Currently we only ship to the Kingdom of Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and United Arab Emirates.

There is also an alternative option to collect for in-store pick-up for eligible products in Bahrain. In-store pick-up option will be detailed on the product page for eligible products.

The standard delivery service time for regular orders in Bahrain is 2 working days from date of the order confirmation mail or as per the selected preference of the order date and time. The standard delivery service time across the G.C.C is 4 to 7 working days.

Any changes or unforeseen delays in the delivery timeline will be informed in advance.

Currently there is no estimation for delivery time prior to confirmation of any orders. The average delivery that we follow to fulfil within is maximum 2 days from the time of your order in Bahrain and 4 to 7 days for all eligible countries in the G.C.C.

Our delivery timings are from 9.00 AM to 7.00 PM all days of the week except for public holidays.

If you have a confirmed order and you have not received it in the estimated delivery time frame with no further notification you may contact our helpful customer service team and they will sort this out for you. You can make as many changes as you wish to your order cart as long as it has not been placed and the check-out not completed.

After order has been placed you cannot make any further changes to the confirmed order.

We accept all forms of credit cards and debit cards from Mastercard, Visa, American Express and can process payments by BenefitPay. For all orders under BD 100 we also accept cash payment on delivery in Bahrain only.

The VAT charge and rate is already included in the price listed online for all the taxable products. The taxable amount is detailed in the order confirmation and the final invoice billed.

My Account

Upon registration the e-mail assigned to your account is unique and permanent. You will not be able to change your e-mail address once your account has been created.

It is not mandatory to create an account and you can shop as a guest. To fully access all the features of the website and our services we highly recommend you sign-up today and create an account.

The order details can be viewed in your user account page under the “Orders” tab at the top left of the user menu. All your orders will be listed here and can be individually selected for a detailed summary

Your account password can be changed by clicking on “My Account” and navigating to “Reset My Password.” A prompt will request to input your e-mail ID to send the password reset link and instructions to complete the reset.

It is possible to add as many addresses to your account as you choose. However, at the time of ordering you may only choose one address per confirmed order.
