xReturns Policy
You have the option to receive a complete reimbursement for most recently purchased, unused items if they are returned within a 15-days period from the date of delivery, provided that Product is unused, in original unbroken packaging and includes all tags.
- If the reason for returning the item is due to our mistake, such as receiving a wrong or faulty product, we will cover the expenses of shipping it back to us as well.
- In all other circumstances, we will refund the product amount (excluding the amount paid for the original shipping fees) and you may also have to pay the additional costs of return shipping.

We currently ship to the countries Bahrain, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Kuwait & Qatar. Any confirmed orders of BHD 20 and above shipping to Bahrain are subject to free delivery in Bahrain.
Upon placing an order of available stock items the shipping rates are calculated based on the dimensions and weight of the item. Shipping time and delivery dates will be estimated based on the region and our partner carriers supporting us with the fulfilment.
Estimated shipping time for Bahrain is between 1 to 2 days. Estimated shipping for all other regions 3 to 7 working days.
